Contact us through site and fill out information form (name, email, number, which product your interested in) and we will get back to you soon. Or call/text us for immediate response or quote. 20% deposit with credit/debit card info is required to hold a reservation. Balance can be paid with cash or card day of rental prior to set-up or anytime before. Rental Agreement and Terms&Conditions along with Liability Release Waiver will be emailed to renter, forms must be completed and signed then given to us on the day of rental prior to set-up along with remaining balance.
Aloha Play Yards LLC does not provide any adult supervision, equipment rental is a “as is” rental basis. All children must be supervised by an adult, parent or guardian at ALL TIMES. Smaller children 6m-3yrs must be accompanied by adult inside play area. All Rentals are based on 4 HOUR RATE, any additional time will be at $100 per hour rate. Renters must make sure there is enough available space for the equipment, modifications can be made to play area to fit the designated location. All parks, venues, halls, or wherever event/party is located must be insured or have the right permits. It is renters obligation to make sure Aloha Play Yards is able to setup at location.
All rentals and equipment must be covered roof or tent, we DO NOT provide covered area for equipment it is “Renters obligation“ to provide covered area. Absolutely NO water, food, drinks, wet feet allowed. Rental setups must be on a flat area without dirt, mud, or sand. Setups will not be allowed 100 feet near sand beach or pool. All foot wear must be taken off be for entering play area even adults. (we recommend using socks).
Rentals have a strict rule on age and size requirements/limits for all play areas.
There is NO delivery charge all deliveries are included in the package or rental fee. Up to 1 hour set-up time and 1 hour break-down time is needed for all rentals, this time is not part of your rental period you will get full 4 hours. Deposit payment of 20% of total will be charge at the time of making the reservation to hold that spot. Once Rental information is confirmed you will be emailed or texted an invoice where you can make a card payment for the deposit to confirm booking/reservation. Cash deposit can be made but not favored. The remaining balance must be paid by the day of Rental prior to equipment being set-up, Cash or card/e-pay will be accepted for remaining balance. Prices on products/packages DOES NOT include Tax. General Exercise Tax of 4.712% will be added to invoice.
All cancelations made prior to 2 weeks (14 days) will be granted full re-fund of deposit and balance. If you cancel any time later than 14 days prior to rental date you will automatically forfeit your 20% deposit and will not be refunded. Aloha Play Yards LLC will reserve the right to cancel any rental at anytime due to emergencies, weather, natural disasters, regulations and laws, if any of this where to apply a full re-fund of total amount will be granted. Aloha Play Yards will not set-up in rain or heavy wind conditions.
